HS Students
DAHS offers a wide variety of opportunities for our students. Students at Danville are involved in academics at all levels. Academic, AP, Honors, Business Education, Industrial Arts Technology, and Vocational-Technical courses are offered throughout our program. Along with our academic programming, DAHS provides many clubs/organizations, and extra-curricular for students to be a part of.

Clubs/Activities
At DAHS, there is a wide variety of clubs and organizations available for students to join. Clubs and activities are a great way for students to build relationships with their other peers and staff outside the classroom. It is also a way to establish a social community and find your niche among students with similar interests and goals. Extracurriculars provide students with career awareness, leadership, motivation, and recognition for career-related skills.
Career and Technical

Fly Tying Club

The Fly Fishing Club gives students the opportunity to learn the art and craft of fly fishing and tying fishing flies, combining creativity with practical outdoor skills. Members explore different techniques, materials, and patterns while building patience, focus, and attention to detail. Whether you’re an experienced angler or simply curious about the craft, the club offers a welcoming space to connect, create, and enjoy a unique hands-on hobby.
