Welcome to PLANET!

PLANET is an organization of students at DHS that works to make our school and community more environmentally friendly. We run the high school's recycling program, take part in Adopt-a-Highway in the spring and fall, and maintain the Danville School Community Garden at the Middle School.  We believe that environmental activist Wendell Berry's words are true . . . "The Earth is what we all have in common."  Because of that belief, we all seek to do our small part and work to serve in our community.
